1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card and debit card payments via Paypal and Xendit.
2. Are items displayed on the website in stock?
Yes. If the item is out of stock, it will say “Sold Out” when you click on it or its corresponding size.
3. How long does it take for item to arrive?
Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Shipping will depend on your location and chosen mode of shipping.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email from us containing your order’s tracking number as well as a link to the site where you can view your order status.
5. I received a wrong item/defective item or my order is incomplete. What can I do?
You may return your order to us within 30 calendar days upon purchase. You must return the order in the same condition it was received upon delivery with its original packaging.
